Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we are a fully insured company through State Farm Insurance with a $2 million liability insurance policy to protect my customers.

Q: Do you do the work yourself, or do you hire subcontractors?

A: We are a small company and only hire subcontractors on bigger jobs. Jeff feels the need to be on hand for every job to insure the quality of work that the customers and he expect.

Q: I have heard horror stories of contractors not completing jobs. What makes you different?

A: I was raised in the Licking County area, my family lives in this area, and we take pride in building a reputable, long-lasting company. That starts with a total customer satisfaction policy. If, for any reason you are not happy, we come back until you are satisfied.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: Yes. I believe in order to build a trustworthy relationship with our clients and in our company, a contract will let the customer know what they are getting for their money, and foremost, will protect the customer.

Q: What paint does Jeff Frahn Painting use?

A: We use only top of the line, quality, paints from Glidden. the majority of the cost of a painting project is in the labor, not the paint. It does not pay to use sub-quality paint. It does not increase the cost of a paint job that much by using a better quality paint. You will have a longer lasting, more durable paint job. However, we will use other top quality brands of paints upon request.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: We do accept credit cards through the use of a PayPal account. We do this for the convenience of our clients, so there is a transaction fee of 3% of the total cost of the job. this fee is administered from PayPal, so we do not make anything from this transaction.
